The SxFG is a comparatively new group made up of friendly enthusiasts with a wide range of expertise. We conduct surveys around both East and West Sussex in order to record species for inclusion in both national and international databases. Our forays and workshops are for conservation, education, scientific study and enjoyment of nature's fifth kingdom. They are not for collecting fungi to eat. Surveys start at 10am and last for approximately 3 hours, depending on conditions. |
