Annual Report and Accounts

The annual report and accounts are prepared each year and presented to the membership for the AGM.  They are also submitted to the Charity Commission.

The Society's accounting year ends on 31st December. The accounts are prepared for the Treasurer by the Society's Accountants: Whittingham Riddell, 1 Edison Court, Ellice Way, Wrexham Technology Park, Wrexham LL13 9YT.

The Charity Commission does not require a Society of our size to have the accounts formally audited. Prior to 2009 the accounts were audited by the auditors: Goldwyns Limited, Registered Auditor, Chartered Accountants, Rutland House,  90-92 Baxter Avenue,  Southend on Sea, Essex, SS2 6HZ.
