Annual report and accounts

The annual report and accounts are prepared each year and presented to the membership for the AGM held in the latter part of the year. The accounts and report are also submiited to the Charity Commission in accordance with the regulations.

The Society's accounting year ends on 31st December. The accounts are prepared for the Treasurer by the Society's Accountants:

The Charity Commission does not require a Society of our size to have the accounts formally audited. Prior to 2009 the accounts were audited by the auditors:
