Regular
meetings, workshops and forays are important events
in the life of the Society. From 2004, the main scientific
meeting of the Society will be held in September, and
will incorporate the Howard
Eggins Offered Papers session and a Postgraduate
Symposium. As usual, the Autumn Taxonomy meeting will
be held in November
One or more WORKSHOPS
on specialised topics and at least three FORAYS
and one overseas foray are held as part of the Society's
annual programme. A tropical expedition is held every
3 or 4 years.
