the promotion of Conservation and Field Mycology and

with an interest in any aspect of mycology. Anyone uncertain
of their depth of interest in mycology may prefer to
join the Society as an Associate or join one of the

The affairs of the Society are managed by a Council comprising Senior Officers and elected Ordinary Members. The business of the Society is organised through five committees of Council, the Finance and General Purposes Committee (F&GP), the Scientific Programme Committee, the Publications Committee, the Field Mycology Committee and the Education Committee. The latter four report to Council for approval of proposals and recommendations through the F&GP.
